Over my twenty plus years of being a self-employed creative, I have written thousands of pieces for dozens of brands. When I began designing knitwear, I also began accepting freelance writing work in the craft industry.
One of my favorite things about this work is honing in on your brand's specific identity and developing a writing style that speaks directly to your customer in your voice. I have a lot of passion for branding and have helped many brands develop their ideal customer profile, aesthetic style, and brand voice.

Pricing and Details
My hourly rate is $70, and I work with clients either through individual content pieces billed after the completion of each project, or through long term contract work.
If you're looking for someone to create regular content for social media, newsletters, or blog posts, this kind of work is best done through a contract.
The average cost of long form content like a blog post is about $100.
Contract work is based on your brand's needs. In most cases the range for regular content creation is between 4 to 12 hours per month.
As an example, in four hours per month I can create and deliver three posts per week on Instagram, or write a weekly newsletter.
