Cloud Waltz
Cloud Waltz
Cabled Shawl Knitting Pattern
Cloud Waltz floats. It’s a kitten tinking across piano keys. It’s unspun cumulus clouds coaxed into roving. It’s just enough sunlight to warm your shoulders, and a sigh of a breeze might set the whole thing adrift.
The Cloud Waltz shawl features biased cables punctuated with delicate garter stitch, a textural contrast to the elegance of creamy stockinette. The result is an organic shape with scalloped edges and oodles of texture. It can be worn unblocked for coils of lofty texture, or blocked flat for fluttering elegance.
