Renard Silk Dress
Renard Silk Dress
Renard - a loungewear slip and a silk dress knitting pattern
Renard is a lacy silk dress full of drape and elegance. She can be worn out with a slip underneath, or can be saved for special times at home when you want to feel like a goddess. The Renard Silk Dress is an investment project, but the result is a dreamy, silky garment for at home or wearing out on the town (layered over a slip).

Construction
Construction
Renard is knit flat for the waistband and seamed, then the remainder of the dress is picked up and knit. I-cord bind offs create structure for the armholes and neckline, and the straps are made with i-cords and grafted to the body.
